Mentor Training and Screening
Training programs ensure mentors are well-prepared to address the unique needs of new Muslims. This includes cultural sensitivity, effective communication, and practical religious guidance.
Mentors provide personalized support, helping new Converts integrate Islamic practices into their lives, answering questions, and connecting them with local resources. Before working with new Converts, mentors undergo special training and self-learning modules, followed by a test and screening to ensure readiness and suitability.
